Thanks for sharing. Diabetes runs in my family. I'm only 23 and I'm pretty healthy, but I still worry that I might develop diabetes. I will definitely make sure to eat these foods!

I was diagnosed with diabetes in 2000 with blood sugar at 287(fasting).My a1c is 6.3 controlled by diet and exercise.With 20 minutes on the tred-mill after breakfast and lunch or dinner;the larger meal,my glucose level drops 50-60 points.If I sit and read it doesn't move.My husband is always amazed! Exercise jump starts the insulin.I must exercise,but it's worth it! Dr.Fuhrman's info. is the best!
